Who I am

Hi, I’m Megan — a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Akashic Reiki Master, and mom to three incredible souls who inspire my work daily. With a background in journalism and a passion for understanding the why behind healing, I blend science, spirituality, and somatic practices to support deep nervous system regulation. My own journey through autoimmune illness, C-PTSD, and a relentless search for true healing led me to breathwork, Reiki, and fascia-based movement — and everything changed. Now, I help others move beyond survival mode and into a life where healing, expansion, and thriving are possible.

About My Name

Why Tenaciously Still? As far as business names go…this one is definitely unusual. It actually came to me while meditating one day… like a lightning bolt. And I wasn’t even remotely in the process of starting a wellness business. I just knew that somehow these two words together were important.

Tenacious: fierce determination and resilience

Still: calm, presence, rest, and the power of inner silence or pause

True healing and insight often come from moments of stillness, where we reconnect with ourselves and our breath- But it's hard. Together, the phrase "Tenaciously Still" suggests an intentional, determined choice to cultivate stillness, especially amidst life’s chaos.

I’m here to help you find the stillness your nervous system craves, the insight and clarity buried deep inside and the determination to release all of the energy and emotions that no longer serve you.
