Circular Connected and Three Part Breath

Circular Connected Breathwork is a powerful, intentional breathing technique that uses a continuous inhale and exhale with no pauses in between. Three-Part breathwork is equally as powerful, breathing into the belly, into the chest and then releasing without any pause in between.
