Circular Connected Breathwork is a powerful, intentional breathing technique that uses a continuous inhale and exhale with no pauses in between. Three-Part breathwork is equally as powerful, breathing into the belly, into the chest and then releasing without any pause in between. These rhythmic, flowing patterns help bypass the busy mind and allow the body to access deeper layers of awareness, release, and healing.
During a session, you are guided to breathe in a way that feels natural but connected. As the breath deepens and energy builds, it can unlock stored emotions, release tension, and open space for clarity and transformation.
Every session is unique, sometimes energizing, sometimes deeply calming, but always an invitation to connect more fully with yourself and your inner wisdom.

In this guided session, you'll be led through circular connected breathing, an active meditation that allows you to access your subconscious, regulate your nervous system, and create space for emotional and energetic release.
As you breathe, Reiki energy healing may be woven throughout the session to support balance and clearing on an energetic and cellular level. Each experience is intentionally curated with a personalized music playlist and live sound healing, helping you move through emotions with greater ease and presence.
Together, these elements create a safe, nurturing space where your physical, emotional, and spiritual body are all honored.
Individual sessions are offered in person at Tenaciously Still Wellness Studio or virtually.
Group sessions are available at a location of your choice, a partnering yoga studios or event spaces.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" translates to "universal life force energy," and the practice is based on the belief that this energy flows through all living things. When balanced and flowing freely, it supports health and well-being. When blocked or stagnant, it can contribute to physical, emotional, or spiritual discomfort.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table. I gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body, working with your energy field to restore balance, clear blockages, and invite the body's natural healing response. Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, peaceful, and restorative.
Reiki is a non-invasive, holistic practice that honors the body's innate ability to heal itself. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking to relax and restore, Reiki offers a compassionate space to reconnect with yourself and your well-being.

The Akashic Records are often described as a spiritual library, a vast, energetic field that holds the story of every soul's journey across time. This includes your past, present, and potential future experiences, as well as the lessons, patterns, relationships, and possibilities that shape your path. Accessing the Records is an invitation to connect deeply with your soul's wisdom and receive guidance from a place of unconditional love and truth.
In an Akashic Reiki Session, we begin with a reiki session, working toward clearing energetic blocks, opening up your energy centers, raising the vibrational level to prepare your mind/body/spirit for receiving answers. I then open your Records through a sacred prayer or invocation and act as a bridge between you and the information held there. You're encouraged to bring questions about relationships, purpose, blocks, repeating patterns, or anything else on your heart. The guidance that comes through is always delivered with compassion, clarity, and respect for your free will.
The Akashic Records offer a sacred space for reflection, healing, and transformation. Whether you're seeking answers, direction, or simply a deeper connection to your soul's truth, this work meets you exactly where you are with clarity, compassion, and infinite possibility.

Extended downregulating breathwork practices, such as 4-8 breathing, are designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body into a state of rest and repair. Unlike activating practices, these slower techniques focus on lengthening the exhale, which signals safety to the body and reduces stress.
Downregulating sessions are gentle, accessible, and effective tools for everyday stress management. These guided sessions are great for individuals as well as larger groups.
